Lagoon polution continued.Dry fish producers throw their spolied thigs to the lagoon

Who realy behind ??????

The lagoon filling is a big issue since all the responsible persons and instituations doing nothing on this.It seems a big joke since the lagoon filling site was just 100m away from the Negombo police station as welll as to the AGA office.
